With over 30 years of experience in leadership, coaching, operational excellence, strategic enablement, data analytics, and performance management, Jason brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Dirigo Strategic Advisors. He has held prominent roles such as Senior Vice President at Bank of America and Director at Seismic, where he led transformative initiatives and drove significant business growth.
Beyond his corporate achievements, Jason is deeply committed to his community. He has served on the RSU 22 School Board, coaches high school girls' soccer, and chairs the Hampden Recreation Committee. Jason's dedication to both his professional and community endeavors reflects his passion for making a positive impact and his belief in the power of teamwork and leadership.
When he's not working or volunteering, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, reading and learning. His well-rounded approach to life and work exemplifies his commitment to excellence and his genuine care for those around him.
Robert N. Brown Jr. CPA, CFE
With over 30 years of experience as an accountant, Bob brings unparalleled expertise to Dirigo Strategic Advisors. For more than 20 years, he has specialized in forensic accounting, fraud detection and prevention, internal controls, and litigation support, establishing a proven track record of safeguarding financial integrity and providing critical insights.
Bob has served as the Finance Director at Eastern Maine Community College (EMCC), where he led financial operations and implemented robust internal controls. Currently, he is a College Professor and a member of the State of Maine Accounting Board, contributing to the advancement of accounting standards and practices.
Beyond his professional achievements, Bob is passionate about mentoring the next generation of accountants and sharing his knowledge. He enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and being active in the community. Bob's dedication to his field and his community makes him a valuable asset to our team and a trusted advisor to our clients.
